Madingley Hall Wedding Photographer

Becca & Jamie got married on 10th December 2016 at Madingley Hall in Cambridge and what a wonderful day it was. Her bridesmaids were busy getting ready at Becca’s parents home when I arrived and there were smiles and laughter all around. Becca’s hair was being beautified by Becks of Thairapy Freelance with beautiful loose curls and a head piece. Mum Sue was on hand to help Becca into her dress and Dad was making sure the champagne glasses were filled. Becca wore her Mum’s eternity ring which was a joy to photograph along with her stunning engagement ring. Becca did her own make up and was so calm that she made it look easy. As you can see from the images below, her bridesmaids wore a Christmas perfect shade which was accentuated by the white touches in their bouquets. The Groomsmen looked very handsome in their suits who were busy helping a slightly nervous groom, ensure the guests were welcomed inside. Jamie is such a kind natured man and it was so special to see the expression on his face as Becca walked down the aisle,  closely arm in arm with her wonderful Father. After a heartfelt ceremony with readings from both Mothers and a family friend, the wedding party enjoyed some carols with Jamie’s father playing the piano.

The rain began to fall so we dashed outside to capture some shots of the couple in the gardens of Madingley. Being cuddled under the umbrella was a welcomed chance for the two to reflect on the day so far and allowed me to photograph their genuine connection in a natural way.
